Welcome to an historical edifice of the 14^th century

Locanda Mimmo is a building located in the heart of the Upper Town of Bergamo, a historical venue dating to 1357 that was once the site of the postal service of the Republic of Venice. Staying here means appreciating history, but benefiting from modern comforts and services.

Located on the old Corsarola road, one of the main arteries of the old Upper Town dating back to Roman times, it provides easy access by foot to many areas of interest: churches, museums, historical palaces…

The locanda offers a variety of reservation options, including three sizeable apartments able to sleep four to six people, an elegant suite with mezzanine level and five double bedrooms. All the rooms are fitted with modern amenities, combining Italian style and local manufacturers such as lamps from Catellani and armchairs from Alias. Even the white goods are made in Bergamo.

An historical venue where our guests can feel at home, with free high-speed internet, minibar, flat screen TV, air conditioning, personal safe and access to car parking (upon request, extra payment). On the ground floor of the historical building, guests can book to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at Ristorante Mimmo – our original eatery established in 1956 – trattoria Mimì, the Bistrot or il Forno.
